The PDIC invites you to submit a quotation for the items stated below:

Description Approved Budget of Contract (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
-1 lot- 3 units - Monthly subscriptions for the alternative wireless communication facility of the three (3)members of the Board
  • Should not be the same service provider as the current service provider of the wireless communications facility of the Corporation
  • Maximum monthly subscription fee of PhP2,500 per unit, which includes the following features for each unit:
    • bundled with at least an Apple iPad Air 2 64MB
    • unlimited data access via LTE connectivity
    • maximum contract period of 24 months with option of the subscriber to renew the subscription
    • subscriber may terminate the subscription anytime within the contract period subject to the settlement of the pre-termination fee which should be based on the remaining months in the contract and the cost of the bundled equipment
 P90,000.00 for the first year (P7,500.00/month)

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration;
  2. Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit; and
  3. PHILGEPS Registration Certificate or
    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy), as applicable.

1. Terms of payment
: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
